6 Steps To A #NewBegining

So you work up one day and realized that you are at that age mark, in a dead-end job, the relationship you are in for all these years is a lie, you were lied too and was cheated on, your health and physique is not where you envision it should  you be, your mind is confused and you can’t think clearly.

A sudden life realization that life is not going as planned.  You start to feel depress replaying in your mind what “could of” and “should of” been done to avoid the state you are in. You know your not happy and content with the life you are living. So what do you do? How can you change things around and get back on tracking living your life to the fullest?

Here are 6 steps for a #newbegining

 

1. #Pray

"Prayer is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”

Or the is that Faith. The good thing is that prayer and faith go hand in hand. When we pray to God, the universe or the deity of you choose, you are exercising faith by hoping that which you prayed for manifest or get resolved.

2. #CleanUpTime..

Empty all negative thoughts, feelings and emotions.

If you want to take it a step further you can also remove the negative people in your life. If you are unable to get rid of these things the next step will help you on knowing how to handle them.

3. #ReconditionYourMind…

Instead of seeing the glass half empty start seeing it half full. 

Changing the way we look at life, bad situations, negative energies or thoughts that comes our way is the key. When we start thinking positive our mind reconditions clearing our thought for a more precise planning.

 

4. #Plan

Planning is the key.

Envisioning the things you want to do and where you want to be in life and write it down. Your passion, what do you love doing, what career path do you want to go on, where do you want to be financially, what type of relationship you want to be in, what do you want from a relationship and then what do you have to offer in each category. Knowing what you want and have to offer gives you leverage and self-assurance when negotiating. Negotiations do not only happen during corporation deals but in every aspect of our lives because you are your business. Also have the mindset of “what can I do now” to achieve these goals.

 

5. #JustDoIt...

Follow the Nike slogan and go for it.

Start applying your plan into action and move forward. As it is said “keep your eyes on the prize” and push don’t stop. Hustle, grind to reach where you want to be. As each day go by of you putting all your efforts and energy into your planning you will see the results, reaping the benefits of your hard work and living the life God and the universe has planned for you.
